Wow! Oh my god. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the absolutely amazing engagement cake you designed just for me. It was the talk of the night. Everyone that arrived to our party was very impressed especially when I told them you had hand made the flowers, which were beautiful. Oh I mustn.t forget to tell you the chocolate mud cake was awesome. I was so very pleased with the way you decorated my cake, it really made .our day.. If only I could decide what type of wedding cake I will have you make.

Welcome to Cakes By Mindy, and thank you for taking the time to visit
my website. Firstly, just a little about me. I have always
wanted to make Wedding Cakes, and have as a child enjoyed
decorating anything I could get my hands on. I participated
in a Wedding Cake Icing Course just over nine years ago, and
have since learnt about making flowers and decorating with
more detail. I've also been lucky enough to have handed to
me some award winning recipes for fruit and mud cakes. It is
my pleasure to be able to share these beautifully baked
cakes with my clients. Plus I get to create my own recipes and bake those for you also. The most rewarding part of my day is
handing the cake over, and seeing the expression of
excitement on peoples faces.
I have been decorating cakes for just over nine years now,
and enjoy every minute of it. I love trying new ideas, and
learning new techniques. So please, let me in on your wild
ideas for your perfect cake, I'll endeavour to put your
ideas to cake and icing.
 If there are any pictures/drawings you may have of any cakes
you're after, please email them to me and I can promptly
send you a quote, and give you a time frame for the work to
be completed. Be sure to let me know what date you require a cake. But please, if you have any cake or wedding
