Cake Options
The cakes are all baked myself, and have had nothing but praise from my clients.  Cake options include, Chocolate Mud Cake, White Chocolate Mud Cake, Caramel Mud Cake, Carrot cake or Fruit Cake.  But if there is a special flavoured cake you had in mind, please let me know and I'll endeavour to create what you're taste buds request.

Dietary Requests
I can cater for Coeliac (Gluten Free) diets, making a delicious fruit cake, as well as the range of mud cakes.  I put one day aside for Gluten Free cooking, and no wheat cooking takes place on that day.  This is to ensure there is no risk of contamination of wheat to enter the Gluten Free food.  I can also cater for lactose intolerant or vegan. Please speak to me regarding any other dietary requirements that you may have, I will do everything possible to cater to your needs.

Icing Options
Here are a few options to chose from: Fondant (formal, plastic icing); Royal Icing (textured and sets firm); Chocolate, Butter Cream, Philly Icing, Chocolate Ganache or Soft Cream.  Once again, please let me know if you had anything else in mind.

Sugar Flowers
All sugar flowers are created by hand and decoratively arranged to suit any occasion. Flowers can be made to match Bridal Bouquets for Weddings and Wedding Flowers for Anniversaries. Corsages start from as little as $50.

Fresh Flowers
Fresh flowers are becoming more and more popular these days, and with that, I am happy to arrange any flowers you may require.  On the other hand, it might be something you could arrange with your florist.  Many florists don't have much room for movement in their bouquet costing, so perhaps you could ask for a free small bouquet to place on the top of your cake.

Delivery
A delivery service can be arranged for a $60 fee in the inner Brisbane - South Area. 

Children's Cakes
Is your child into a specific toy or animal?  I am happy to create a cake that is in your child.s best interests.  Or is your child having a themed party like a fairy party, duck party, balloon party, frog party, ladybeetle party, alien party, cartoon character party etc.  I would love to create a cake the shape of that item, gel paint a picture on the cake and have it decorated as you wish.  Please, let me know what their interests are, and we can come up with a solution.  I can even help you make this a theme at your Childs party.
